ADVANCED POKER TELLS
Here’s a great poker tell that you should always
watch out for if you want to save and win more customized
poker chips! Mike Caro, the legendary ‘Mad Genius
of Poker’ has picked up on this poker tell especially
well. This poker tell is even massively prominent
even if you are playing poker at professional tournaments
like the World Series of Poker or the World Poker
Tour. Read on if you want to ensure you take the most
customized poker chips to the bank at the end of the
evening!
When the hole cards are dealt, take a moment out
before looking at your own cards. Look at the eyes
of each poker player at the poker table as they glance
at their cards. If the cards are strong, a poker players’
eyes will often glance briefly at their customized
poker chips. After this, the poker player may make
a conscious effort to move his/her head away from
the poker table in order to convey the impression
that he/she is unimpressed with the cards that have
been dealt. Don’t be tricked otherwise you will
lose lots of customized poker chips and you will be
moaning all night about that horrendous poker hand!
We advise that you don’t look at your cards
instantly but instead watch the eyes of your opponents.
This is the best way to ensure you don’t gamble
your customized poker chips recklessly. It would be
silly to try to bluff a poker player out of the poker
hand if he has exhibited this tell. This is like pouring
customized poker chips down the drain! You should
only bet customized poker chips against this poker
player if you have a very strong hand. If you have
one of the best two poker hands (aces or kings), you
can use this poker tell to increase your winnings
of customized poker chips rather than decreasing your
losses. Why not identify the strong player (who you
know you are stronger than) and try to check-raise
him. You can check to him, safe in the knowledge that
his little glance indicates strength, then re-raise
him once he has raised with lots of customized poker
chips! This is a great feeling when this happens.
Remember there is no need to adapt this according
to the strength of the other poker players as it is
a fairly reliable poker tell at all levels of poker
play. Even professionals regularly exhibit this poker
tell.
